Important: Applicants must view the property they are applying for before the application will be considered. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. Call for more information.

Requirements for Approval

The following items must be furnished before the application is initiated.
Driver’s license / State issued identification.
Verifiable income of three (3) times monthly rent.
(i.e. Two (2) months back-to-back paystubs/Child Support/SSI)
Completed Rental Application, online preferred.

$85 non-refundable application fee ($85 for each applicant 18 years of age or older).

Money order or certified check only.

Co-signers are allowed on the Rental Application and Agreement to Rent. Any co-signer must have verifiable income of three (3) times monthly rent and a satisfactory credit, criminal, and background report.
Liability Insurance or Renter’s Insurance with $100,000 Liability coverage, with APM Realty Group as Additional Insured. Binder needed at lease signing.
Payments should be made payable to APM Realty Group.
Allow 3-5 business days for the approval process. We will contact you with the results of the application.

After Application Approval

We will schedule a date and time to sign the lease.
Security deposit is equal to one month of rent, unless otherwise noted. The security deposit must be paid separately from the first month’s rent in the form of a money order or certified check. A security deposit will hold a property for up to one week after approval unless it is submitted at an open showing, in which case the strongest of all approved applicants will be accepted.

Lease Signing

Keys will be distributed after the following fees and documents are complete.
A check for the first month’s rent. A personal check is allowed.
Any pro-rated portion of the second month is due on the 1st day of the next month.

$195 non-refundable administration fee. A personal check is allowed.

$350.00 minimum non-refundable pet fee per pet. A SEPARATE personal check is allowed.
Complete Residential Lease Agreement.
Provide keys and a move-in check list for your completion.
Automatic enrollment in APM’s Liability Insurance Program within 2 days of lease signing.
