Our Team
Owners, Cliff and Dana Hall, Columbia South Carolina natives, started APM Realty Group with the goal of becoming the best property managers in the Columbia market. Through hard work and dedication Cliff, Dana and their team have grown the company to one of the largest in the Columbia area.
Cliff Hall
Broker-In-Charge of APM Realty, attended Irmo High School and Clemson University, is experienced in several different areas ranging from real estate investing, real estate sales, new home construction, residential development, and modular building manufacturing. Cliff’s strong background in real estate and construction has allowed him to provide valuable expertise to APM’s clients.
Dana Hall
Irmo High School graduate, formally worked as an office manager in the medical field. Now Dana is homemaker for her family with three children and handles the advertising for APM Realty Group.
Eryn Seeger
Eryn, an Irmo native, has been with APM for more than two years. She started as our administrative assistant and worked her way up to Property Manager. Eryn’s youthful exuberance, dedication, and communication skills have been great addition to our team.
Amanda Owens
​Mandi grew up in Irmo and went on to attend Clemson University. She moved to Charleston in 2007 where she worked in International Property Management Accounting. She recently moved back to Columbia and is trying to acclimate to living in Gamecock country.
Casey Estridge
Casey, our General Manager, is a Columbia native and a graduate of Newberry College. There, he honed his skills on the baseball diamond and in the classroom leaving with a degree in Business Administration. His work experience includes 20 years in the mortgage industry and 10 years in property management. He and his wife, Shannon, have 3 children and he enjoys coaching all levels of baseball, watching college athletics, smoking meats, and bourbon tastings.
Abigail Washington
A native of Andrews, SC, moved to Columbia, SC 1994. Has 25 years of experience in property management. She and her husband Horace, have 2 children and 1 grandchild. She loves to cook, spend time with her family, watch sports, and gardening.
Emmanuel Maldonado
Emmanuel is a Florida native from West Palm Beach who studied Business Administration while playing baseball at Columbia International University. During his college years, he developed a strong work ethic both on the field and in the classroom, learning the value of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. Each summer, he gained hands-on business experience working alongside his father, which helped shape his understanding of customer service, operations, and accountability. After graduating, Emmanuel transitioned into property management, where he has now built over a year of experience with a strong focus on maintenance coordination, marketing, and resident relations. Driven by a passion for excellence and a heart for serving others, Emmanuel is eager to continue growing within the real estate industry. His long-term goal is to expand into real estate sales while continuing to help the company thrive. With his background, determination, and faith, Emmanuel is committed to making a lasting impact and glorifying God through his work and relationships.
