While most of our clients hire us to manage their investment properties for them, we also have clients who hire us on a more limited basis via our LEASE-ONLY SERVICE.

- Showing of Property
- Thorough Tenant Screening and Background Check
- Negotiation and Drafting of S.C. Lease Documents
- Thorough Move-in Inspection With Digital Record
- Utility Transfers
- Complete Accounting and Full Documentation of Transaction
If this is an option that makes the most sense to you, our highly experienced team will assist you with each of the items outlined above. We will make sure that you are prepared for the leasing of your property through the duration of the lease. Once the tenant has signed the lease agreement, our responsibilities end and you will manage your investment on your own.
