Our Team

Owners, Cliff and Dana Hall, Columbia South Carolina natives, started APM Realty Group with the goal of becoming the best property managers in the Columbia market. Through hard work and dedication Cliff, Dana and their team have grown the company to one of the largest in the Columbia area.


Cliff Hall

Broker-In-Charge of APM Realty, attended Irmo High School and Clemson University, is experienced in several different areas ranging from real estate investing, real estate sales, new home construction, residential development, and modular building manufacturing. Cliff’s strong background in real estate and construction has allowed him to provide valuable expertise to APM’s clients.

Dana Hall

Irmo High School graduate, formally worked as an office manager in the medical field. Now Dana is homemaker for her family with three children and handles the advertising for APM Realty Group.

Dan Malejko

Dan currently resides in Lexington and has lived in the midlands for most of his life. He has over 10 years experience with both single family and multi family property management. Dan is well versed in leasing, acquisitions, and asset management. He is passionately committed to meeting the clients objectives.

Eryn Seeger

Eryn, an Irmo native, has been with APM for more than two years. She started as our administrative assistant and worked her way up to Property Manager. Eryn’s youthful exuberance, dedication, and communication skills have been great addition to our team.

Amanda Owens

​Mandi grew up in Irmo and went on to attend Clemson University. She moved to Charleston in 2007 where she worked in International Property Management Accounting. She recently moved back to Columbia and is trying to acclimate to living in Gamecock country.

Tim Cebulski

Our General Manager is an Irmo resident with a diversified 16 years in residential design, construction, and project management. His attention to detail and corporate background is a positive influence in delivering high customer satisfaction.

Tommy Long

​Tommy attended Thomas Sumter Academy and the Governor’s School for the Arts in Greenville. He enjoys reading, art, architecture, and music and he is gifted by being multi-lingual and skilled in American Sign language.
