 I interviewed several Columbia firms and APM was the one that seemed to fit the best. They have stuck with us for the last 6 years and done an outstanding job. At one point they went to bat for us with the City of Columbia and Forest Acres over some outrageous water bills. It turns out the meter reader decided to skip reading our meter for months! APM sorted it all out, got us a refund and kept me constantly informed. Property management is a tough job – I know because my company manages 650 properties here at the beach. I would hire APM again in a heartbeat!
